1st Call Trees provide an excellent first call service to ourselves and in emergencies when needed in the community

1st impressions count & are validated with this company

I was looking for a quality tree surgeon to carry out work in our garden. The position of two trees close to fences meant it needed a decent team. We had been recommended 2 co’s by friends, neither bothered to return calls, no 2nd chance with me. I saw 1st Call working in Farnham & was impressed at the lack of mess & the general demeanour. My call to 1st Call was answered promptly & a lovely lady took our details & within in a short time Tim contacted me, came around and quoted. The teams ( 2 different ones as they found a birds nest in one of the trees) were exemplary, not only polite & affable but very professional, apart from the stumps & the improvement in appearance, you wouldn’t know they had been there. All the cuttings had been removed, the areas swept & tidied. Highly recommend them, REAL value for money as the job was done properly.

Pollarded Tree

1st Call Trees Ltd came yesterday and pollarded our willow tree…they come and do this about every two to three years…and they are excellent! Very polite, cheerful, and thorough young men! They leave it all very tidy, and always perform this difficult job exactly to our wishes!

Couldn’t be more impressed!

Extremely pleasant people to deal with, who clearly love their job and are very considerate of the trees they are tidying up. A very nice man called Tim came out to quote the job at a price we were very pleased with because it appeared to be such good value.
On the day two very polite guys (Alex & Rob) came to do the work. They had to be let in by our son, who also said they were very nice guys (he is 17 so him being impressed with anyone is impressive in itself! LOL).
The work they have carried out (take out a Connifer and tidy a large Cedar) has been done efficiently, respectfully and they have tidied up after themselves like true professionals.
In our opinion they are worth every penny and some, this is the second time we have used 1st Call and we will be using them again. They come with our highest recommendation.
