Our grinding teams have the technical skills and the equipment to tackle small intricate projects in restricted areas to remove stumps with narrow access manual grinder. We also have the capability to remove substantial stumps in minutes with large hydraulic machines.     

During a site clearance project, depending on requirements, stumps can be left proud of the ground for removal by excavators. Or we can grind them out completely ready for your building and landscaping projects.

Stumps and roots extracted from the ground are currently very difficult to dispose of – land fill sites will not accept them. Therefore our projects usually include the complete removal as we have the facilities to deal with the waste through our recycling operations at base.

  our environmental policy includes recycling all our waste. Any waste generated from our arboricultural operations, is recycled for firewood logs, biomass fuels or landscaping woodchips and timber for our on-site saw mills (a mobile saw mill service is also available.)

  Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. Our lead supervisors have the training and qualifications to carry out the required inspections. We perform our own regular, thorough examination & inspection of all our equipment and are able to provide this service externally as well.
